[#Mexico] Trip Report : SEP. 8-13, 2018, Sea of #Cortez Route Vol.2

The day 3, at El Bajo we were aiming for Hammerhead Sharks. Despite of the warmer water we successfully spotted Hammerhead Sharks. Then, wow, a gigantic school of Jacks, it was like a tornado of them. It didn’t stop for 30 minutes! Besides, we could have an amazing encounter with Marlin again! And it was right front of us, stayed for a while. I almost cried. You know what, I should say, I have a great luck with Marlin. Hooray! We celebrated one of the guests’ the 100th memorable dive with BBQ tacos dinner on the deck. It was a great honor for us to be chosen for your special dive destination!

The day 4, the 1st and 2nd dive of the day were at Lobera de San Francisquito.  A school of Mexican Barracudas welcomed us. They were just like a river, long and continuous. They have a very beautiful stripe on their bodies especially if you light them up. Then, we switched to Macro diving to enjoy observing Decoration Crabs, Staghorn Hydrocorals, Bluespotted Jawfish at the sand area. The 3rd dive was at El Bajito. We found Moray Eels and their cleaning fish, called Cleaning Gobbies, and Scorpion fish as well. The 4th dive was Mobula Night dive. We lucked out with seeing numerous Mobulas! It was more than 100! To be continued…
