[#Mexico] Trip Report : JAN.21 – 30, 2020, #Socorro Islands Vol.6

Day 6, we came back to the stable El Canyon for all the three dives of the day.  The water temperature was 25 deg.C. The visibility was fantastic as 10-20 meters. In the early morning, right after we entered we found some Dolphins which had just started hunting of the fish crowded underneath a boat. Observing them for a while, we noticed some little shadows around. They were baby Dolphins!! Extra small, maybe new borns! Soooooooooooo cute! As we swam up from the deep side, there were a school of fat Yellowfin Tunas! Unfortunately it was hard to see Hammerheads since the water was milky cloudy in between 5 meter and 25 meter the depth. Yet, some loner Hammerheads appeared a few times. And what I have to mention was, of course, Manta Rays! I could even say this trip was all about Manta! As far as I remember, we encountered with total 23 different Manta Rays in this trip! It wasn’t 23 times, 23 of Manta Rays! We lucked out of it! Thank you all for joining us and also for making this trip fantastic! Hope to see you all again.
