The Mexican government has announced an increase of the Socorro Park fee from 3,622 pesos to 3,760 pesos, effective January 1, 2026.

We would also like to inform you of a change in the payment methods for the park fee:
Cash Payments: Cash payments are now accepted only in Mexican Pesos.
Credit Card Payments: Credit card payments are accepted; however, a 3% processing fee will be added.

Please note that IVA tax, which normally applies at 16% for credit card payments, does not apply to park fee payments.
For payments other than the park fee, US dollars can still be used as before.
